Returns Policy

At Wassin Injera Bakery, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our injera, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

1. Perishable Items (Injera & Baked Goods)

Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on perishable items such as injera or other baked goods.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@wassinjerabakery.com or by phone at (866) 617 3999 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the problem.

  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Upon review, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they have been prepared for shipping. Once an order is marked as "Ready for Pickup," "Shipped," or "Delivered," it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
